In Electric Dance Cardio, the music is your compass. Every build-up lifts the energy higher, and when the Beat Drops—so do we. Our instructors sync every step, jump, and groove to the sound, turning each drop into a rush of movement you’ll feel light up the whole dance floor.

Electric Dance Cardio runs 45 minutes — we kick off with a warm-up to catch the rhythm, flow into beat-driven combos that fire up your body and light up the floor, then cool it down so you leave sweaty, smiling, and glowing.

Every DJ—uh, instructor—has their own vibe, but we know blasting it too loud can kill the dance floor. That’s why our crew keeps the volume flowing just right, adjusting throughout class so you can enjoy the beat, not fight it. And yep — free earplugs are always at the door, just in case you want to turn the drop down a notch.
