In our rhythm-based yoga, the music is your compass. Each build-up lifts your breath and flow, and when the Beat Drops—so do we. Our instructors sync every stretch, twist, and balance with the sound, turning each drop into a grounding, energizing wave you’ll feel through your whole body.

Low Frequency Flow runs 45 minutes — we ease in with a warm-up to sync breath and rhythm, flow through beat-guided sequences that ground and energize, then cool it down so you leave centered, light, and glowing.

Every DJ—uh, instructor—has their own vibe, but we know blasting it too loud can kill the dance floor. That’s why our crew keeps the volume flowing just right, adjusting throughout class so you can feel the beat, not fight it. And yep — free earplugs are always at the door, just in case you want to turn the drop down a notch.
