These terms govern the SMS (text message) program operated by Beat Drop Fitness through its booking platform. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to the terms below.
Program description
Beat Drop Fitness sends text messages to clients who have created an account and consented to receive them. Messages include class booking confirmations, class reminders, failed-payment notices, and — for clients who separately opt in — occasional promotions about classes and memberships.
How you opt in
You opt in when you create an account with Beat Drop Fitness to book classes. The account creation form presents an SMS consent notice for booking confirmations and reminders, and a separate checkbox — unchecked by default — for promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency & cost
Message frequency varies (approximately 2–20 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from all messages at any time.
Reply STOPMKT to stop promotional messages only.

Your privacy — no sharing of your mobile information
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in or consent information to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used solely to deliver the messages described above.
