FAQ

  • We’re in the heart of Nob Hill at 2001 Van Ness Ave, Suite 100, San Francisco. Easy to find, hard to leave. 💜💚

  • We keep it simple: morning classes from 7–9 AM to kickstart your day, and evening classes from 5–7 PM so you can swap rush hour for rave hour. 🚲🎶

  • We don’t have a private lot, but street parking is usually available nearby. Even better: public transit drops you right at our door.

The 49 Van Ness/Mission bus rolls straight up Van Ness and stops at Van Ness & Union St., just steps from Beat Drop Fitness.

Golden Gate Transit routes 101, 130, and 150 also stop right outside — so whether you drive, ride, or roll in on the beat, getting here is easy. 💜💚

  • We drop the Beat across cycle, Pilates, yoga, HIIT, and dance cardio — all EDM-fueled, all community-driven.

  • Scheduling page coming soon.

  • Absolutely. We’ve got monthly memberships, class packs, and drop-ins so you can choose what fits your lifestyle best.

  • Life happens, but so do full classes. Please cancel at least 12 hours before your class to free up your spot.

    • Class packs & drop-ins: Late cancels or no-shows will lose the class credit.

    • Unlimited members: Late cancels or no-shows will be charged a $15 fee (so we can keep the dance floor open for everyone).

Think of it as RSVP’ing to the party — if you can’t make it, let us know so someone else can groove in your place. 🎶✨

  • Nope! Our classes are beginner-friendly, and instructors offer modifications to meet you where you’re at. Come as you are.

    • Cycle room: max 20 bikes/riders

    • Pilates/Yoga room: max 30 participants

Enough to feel the group energy, small enough to feel personal.

  • Water, good vibes, and workout clothes. We provide the rest (mats, weights, lighting, and beats).

For cycle classes, we offer cycle shoes to use during class.

  • No showers or full changing rooms (sorry, no post-rave rinse here 🚿). But we do have two bathrooms — one for general use and one inside the Warehouse Cycle room. Plenty of space to freshen up, change, and get rave-ready before or after class.

  • It’s where fitness meets the dance floor. In a live DJ class, one of our resident DJs spins fresh beats while your instructor leads the workout. Think of it as a collab set — the DJ fuels the vibe, the instructor guides the moves, and you get a workout that feels like a party. 🎧💪✨

These are offered every Saturday & Sunday morning.

  • Everybody wants in on the party — and we keep it fair. 🎶

    • Unlimited members get first dibs on booking live DJ classes (VIP perks, baby).

    • After that, spots open up to class pack holders and other memberships.

    • It’s first come, first serve, so grab your spot early before the room fills and the bass drops.

Because nothing’s worse than FOMO when the DJ’s already spinning. 💜💚

  • We’re not just a studio — we’re a dance floor disguised as a fitness studio. Live DJs, club lighting, and a community that thrives on inclusivity. Here, the workout is the party.
