THE INSTRUCTORS
FAQs
-
In Electric Dance Cardio, the music is your compass. Every build-up lifts the energy higher, and when the Beat Drops—so do we. Our instructors sync every step, jump, and groove to the sound, turning each drop into a rush of movement you’ll feel light up the whole dance floor.
-
Electric Dance Cardio runs 45 minutes — we kick off with a warm-up to catch the rhythm, flow into beat-driven combos that fire up your body and light up the floor, then cool it down so you leave sweaty, smiling, and glowing.
-
Every DJ—uh, instructor—has their own vibe, but we know blasting it too loud can kill the dance floor. That’s why our crew keeps the volume flowing just right, adjusting throughout class so you can enjoy the beat, not fight it. And yep — free earplugs are always at the door, just in case you want to turn the drop down a notch.
-
Not at all — if you can move to a beat, you can do this. It’s about energy, not choreography. Think festival floor, not “So You Think You Can Dance.
-
Light, breathable clothes you can move in (think festival gear but gym-friendly). Sneakers and water are all you need. Towels + vibes = on us.
-
It’s cardio-heavy but fun-first. You’ll sweat, burn calories, and feel the endorphin rush, but the music makes it fly by — more party, less punishment.
-
The lights are low, the music is high, and everyone’s locked into their own flow. It’s a no-judgment dance floor — the only rule is to have fun.
