FAQs
-
In our rhythm-based yoga, the music is your compass. Each build-up lifts your breath and flow, and when the Beat Drops—so do we. Our instructors sync every stretch, twist, and balance with the sound, turning each drop into a grounding, energizing wave you’ll feel through your whole body.
-
Low Frequency Flow runs 45 minutes — we ease in with a warm-up to sync breath and rhythm, flow through beat-guided sequences that ground and energize, then cool it down so you leave centered, light, and glowing.
-
Every DJ—uh, instructor—has their own vibe, but we know blasting it too loud can kill the dance floor. That’s why our crew keeps the volume flowing just right, adjusting throughout class so you can feel the beat, not fight it. And yep — free earplugs are always at the door, just in case you want to turn the drop down a notch.
-
Just yourself, comfy clothes you can stretch in, and water. We’ve got the mats, vibes, and music covered. (Earplugs too, if you want to dial the drop down.)
-
100%. Yoga is like joining a chill side stage at a festival — everyone’s welcome, and you can flow at your own pace. Our instructors offer options so whether you’re brand-new or seasoned, you’ll feel right at home.
-
Think of it as a full-body remix: more flexibility, better balance, stronger muscles, and calmer mind. At Beat Drop, you’ll also feel the rhythm guiding your flow — leaving you grounded, glowing, and ready to dance through life.

Yoga focuses on breath, flow, and mindfulness (your mind-body festival stage). Pilates zooms in on strength, control, and core power (your body’s bassline). Both are amazing — just different vibes.
